Well-worn boots and a crisp clean shirt: just right for an evening on the town, western style. 

A dandy is a term used for a man who takes particular care and importance on looking good.  The term “Fine and Dandy” means that things are going well.  So, a play on words in this painting.

This painting will be available at the Black Hills Stock Show in Rapid City, January 27 – Feb. 4th.  Look for my booth in the Civic Center Theatre lobby!
