Hat Six Road Area, Wyoming, 12 x 12″ oil on canvas

This tranquil scene had the most beautiful greens.  Unseasonably green: left especially for me to enjoy this August, so it seemed!   I absolutely love being an artist: being a painter!

This oil painting was painted for the Prairies to Peaks Plein Air event August 1 – 13, 2011.  This painting is on display at Deselms Gallery in Cheyenne, WY through Sept. 30th.
