“Spearfish Canyon, Savoy, 2014″

In Spearfish Canyon, near a bend in the road known as Savoy, is a perspective cut in the vista that I have painted numerous times.  Here, summer in Spearfish Canyon, in the Black Hills of South Dakota is depicted in a watercolor rendering. This painting, along with many others I have created will be on display at the newly opened Rim Rock Lodge Gallery in Spearfish Canyon from June 30 – 22.
